Inspiration for ‘The Office’ was based on new trends about the playing, flexible human being versus the static human’ as we know it from the classic office environment of today. We wanted to create an activity-based office environment and through that show Erik Jørgensen’s different products in a variety of installations. Nowadays, we can work anywhere, so I thought how can we support knowledge sharing and the social move within ‘The Office.
